Varo is a no-fee, all-in-one banking solution aimed at solving the banking problem to milions of Americans. Our mission revolves around helping customers improve their financial situation. Varo\u2019s machine-learned algorithms detect customer\u2019s income and expenses, and then predict outcomes over the near-term future \u2014 linked to a system of notifications, recommendations and tracking. As a part of Varo’s mission I’m leading an engineering team building our banking platform, marketing website, and web and mobile apps.<\/p>\n

PassRight is the first platform that automated complex immigration petitions and helped U.S.<\/span>immigrants and immigration attorneys to achieve a streamlined immigration process. Our technologies\u00a0<\/span>compressed the immigration process of applicants by 80%. As the CTO I take care of all the t<\/span>echnical aspects including managing the engineering team using Agile methodologies, managing t<\/span>he product architecture, and taking care of the servers\u2019 management on top of various AWS s<\/span>ervices.<\/span>
